# SMS Terms and Conditions

**1. Program description**
National Designated Broker provides optional text reminders through its broker operations software. Messages include appointment reminders, task reminders, deadlines, and outstanding action items for customers and employees. No promotional or advertising messages are included.
Messages may be sent from (877) 588-7711 using automated technology.
**2. Consent**
By selecting the text-message consent checkbox and submitting the enrollment form, you authorize National Designated Broker to send recurring informational text messages to the mobile number you provide.
You must own the number or have authority to enroll it. Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or employment.
**3. Message frequency and charges**
Message frequency varies based on appointments and assigned tasks. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your plan.
**4. Opting out**
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further reminder messages unless you provide new consent.
You may also contact us to request removal from the program.

**6. Delivery limitations**
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text reminders are a convenience. Continue to check your appointments, tasks, and deadlines in the broker operations platform.
**7. Number changes**
Notify us if your mobile number changes or you no longer control the enrolled number.
**8. Privacy**
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with this program. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
**9. Changes**
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a change requires additional consent, we will obtain it before sending messages covered by that change.
