# Text Messaging Opt-In Policy
Effective Date: October 29, 2026
National Designated Broker offers optional text reminders to customers and employees through its broker operations software.
**Types of messages**
Messages may include appointment reminders, assigned task reminders, approaching deadlines, and outstanding action items related to brokerage operations. This program does not send promotional or advertising messages.
**How to opt in**
To enroll, enter your mobile phone number on our enrollment form, select the optional text-message consent checkbox, and submit the form. The checkbox is not selected by default.
Providing a phone number, creating an account, or accepting general terms does not by itself enroll you in text messages. Consent applies only to National Designated Broker’s reminder program.
**Voluntary participation**
Text reminders are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services or employment. Customers and employees who decline text reminders may use the applicable portal or contact us for assistance.
**Frequency and charges**
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and assigned tasks. Message and data rates may apply.
**Withdrawing consent**
Reply STOP to (877) 588-7711 to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Further reminder messages will stop unless you provide new consent.
